I paused to look at the frontend — to really see what we are building — and something clicked. Our core mission on this platform is to help people fulfill their potential and earn without being limited by borders or geography. That realization shifted my focus immediately.

I needed to make sure Messaging works end-to-end before fine-tuning the backend, because we have added sophisticated features there — voice messaging, real-time translation, and more. As I tested, I discovered we need to regulate usage based on each user's subscription type. And that pulled me all the way back to Payment, Wallet, and Billing.

An unexpected twist — but a necessary one. Because here is the truth: if you cannot earn money on this platform, we cannot sustain it. This is not a scheme. I had to convince myself I can still meet the deadline. Honestly, it is tight. The pivot to Payment and Subscription infrastructure was not planned for this month — but it was the right call. You cannot build a platform about earning and leave the earning infrastructure for later. It has to be solid from day one.

Hopefully, I can catch up this month or make up for it early next month. The 4 services we planned — Communication, Achievements, Activity, and File Upload — are not abandoned. They are queued. But Payment and Subscription had to come first because everything else depends on it.
