TCTF Governance Documents

The Cometbid Technology Foundation holds elections for board members representing two very important groups within the TCTF membership: the Committer Members and the Contributing Members. The terms of office for these elected board members is one year, commencing in April.

Committer Policy

The Committer Policy outlines the terms, conditions, rights, and responsibilities for being a Committer on Cometbid Foundation projects, including commit access, governance participation, and community expectations.

Contributor Policy

The Contributor Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and guidelines for contributing to Cometbid Foundation projects, including intellectual property requirements, contribution process, and community standards.

Membership Agreement

The Membership Agreement defines the rights, responsibilities, and benefits of TCTF membership, including participation terms, fee structures, intellectual property provisions, and member obligations.

Antitrust Policy

The Antitrust Policy ensures all foundation activities comply with antitrust and competition laws, protecting members and the foundation while enabling collaborative innovation and standard development.
